Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are is calculated and handled by them at checkout, and your receipt comes from them.

Being early
Founding shops
We are new, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Shops that come on now get the price they signed up at for as long as they stay, and a direct line to shape what gets built next. In exchange you are using something young, and some of the list below is still to come.
Money questions
What happens when the trial ends?
We ask you to pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and you are not locked out of your own order book — an unpaid account goes read-only, so Friday's deliveries are still there to look at while you sort it out.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not ask you to email anyone to do it.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly works out at two months free. You can switch between them, and moving up or down is prorated by Paddle so you are never charged twice for the same days.
Do I pay per person?
No. Put your whole shop on it. A diary that only one person can see is the problem we are trying to fix.
What about tax?
Paddle is the merchant of record, so they work out and handle any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you are, and issue the invoice.
Will the price go up?
It might, for new shops. Not for you — the rate you sign up at is the rate you keep while your subscription runs.
