For florists

The delivery diary that knows how full Saturday is.

Wedding work, funeral work, and the Tuesday bouquet that has to be there by eleven — all on the day they were promised for, with a ceiling that tells you when the day is gone.

Built alongside a working flower shop in Australia, through real Valentine's and Mother's Day peaks.

February Arrangements per day

The order book in list view. The 14th is gone; the 15th was overbooked on purpose, because sometimes you do say yes to one more.

Sound familiar

The bits that go wrong

  • Valentine's week in a paper diary, with three people trying to read the same page
  • Saying yes to a Saturday that was already full, and finding out on Friday night
  • A funeral order and a wedding order on the same morning, in different notebooks
  • The card message that got copied across wrong
  • Chasing a balance on an order you had already forgotten taking

Start to finish

How it goes instead

  1. Take the order

Customer, date, what they want, what it costs, what they have paid. The details that matter for your trade are already on the form — occasion, palette, flowers to avoid, card message.

  2. The day fills up in front of you

Every order takes a share of that day. While you are still on the phone, the form tells you the 14th is nearly gone — in time to offer the 13th instead of apologising later.

  3. The book stays straight

Deposits and balances are worked out from what was actually paid, so the two can never disagree. Every order carries its own history.

  4. The customer gets told

Mark it ready and an email goes out under your shop's name, with replies coming back to you. Turn it off entirely if you would rather ring them yourself.

On every order

The details a florist actually needs

Not a notes box. These are fields on the order form from the day you sign up, and they are yours to change.

  • Occasion
  • Style
  • Colour palette
  • Flowers to avoid
  • Card message

The pipeline comes ready too — Enquiry, Confirmed, In production, Ready, Delivered and Cancelled — and you can rename, reorder or remove any of it.

The days that matter

Valentine's and Mother's Day

Two days a year make a serious part of the year's money, and they are the two days the paper diary is guaranteed to fail. Everything arrives at once: the orders, the walk-ins, the staff who need telling, the deliveries that all want the same morning.

The whole reason this exists is that a ceiling on the day is worth nothing in June and worth everything in February. Set the number for the 14th in January. Watch it fill. Say no while saying no is still an option, and know exactly what you have promised when the morning comes.

Put the 14th somewhere you can see it.
